The silt fencing shown on the plan should be extended further to the west and shown as rounding the corner and going north for a few feet. Also, why are you protecting the southern end of the project with silt fencing but not the swale on the east side (Miramont Office Park)? Response: Not applicable to our plans. 3. In the report, at the end of your statement "...the ponds berms and Swale shall be seeded and mulched immediately after construction..." add the phrase "...but in no case shall any area remain unseeded and mulched for more than 30 days." This note about reseeding and mulching needs to be added to the plan. What's going to happen to the rest of the graded site, turf grass? If so, please add this to your notes also.
