RE: Front Range Baptist Church and Academy Expansion
Dear Ted:
This letter on behalf of the Front Range Baptist Church and Academy is a
request for an extension of ninety (90) days in order to resubmit plans.
Comments for the first final compliance submittal were received on December
51h, 2005, which under Section 2.2.11 of the Land Use Code would put the
submittal in lapse on March 3rd, 2006. There are still a few comments and issues
we are working to address, including ensuring that our current proposed
detention and drainage solutions will not negatively impact potential future
phases and an agreement for the construction of the off -site walk connection to
the bank.
The project team is working diligently to resolve these issues and resubmit plans
as soon as possible, however that may not be feasible prior to the lapse of the
plan. Therefore we are requesting a 90 day extension as allowed by code.
