In the report, at the end of your statement "...the ponds berms and swale shall be seeded and mulched immediately after construction..." add the phrase "...but in no case shall any area remain unseeded and mulched for more than 30 days." This note about reseeding and mulching needs to be added to the plan. What's going to happen to the rest of the graded site, turf grass? If so, please add this to your notes also. 4. Please read the last erosion control note you have on your plan, then decide whether or not it should be there. 5. The pond outlet pipe should be protected by a sediment trap (gravel filter), not straw bales. Second Review November 29, 2005 1.
