Section 1.4.3(A) requires that all requests for interpretation of the Land. Use Code be submitted to
the Director in writing. Please provide the following information and submit the request to the
Director of the Community Planning and Environmental Services.

SPECIFICS/BACKGROUND OF THE REQUEST:
On February. 17, 2005 the City of Fort Collins Planning & Zoning Board unani-
mously approved Front Range Baptist Church's request for Modification of
Standard #2-05 (Re. Section 4.21(D)(2).
The design, documentation and calculations used by myself and Ted Shepard to
determine the need for the Modification included both Phase I and Phase II of
our project.
The Church & Academy should have no trouble submitting the PDP for Phase I
within the standard term limits. However, we are seeking documentation to
clarify the applicability of the Modification through Phase II.
