SECTION OF THE LAND USE CODE FOR WHICH AN INTERPRETATION IS REQUESTED: 2.8.2.(K) SPECIFICS/BACKGROUND OF THE REQUEST: On February. 17, 2005 the City of Fort Collins Planning & Zoning Board unani- mously approved Front Range Baptist Church's request for Modification of Standard #2-05 (Re. Section 4.21(D)(2). The design, documentation and calculations used by myself and Ted Shepard to determine the need for the Modification included both Phase I and Phase II of our project. The Church & Academy should have no trouble submitting the PDP for Phase I within the standard term limits. However, we are seeking documentation to clarify the applicability of the Modification through Phase II.
