RE: Front Range Baptist Church — Request for Modification
Dear Donnell:
On Thursday, February 17, 2005, at the regular meeting of the City of Fort
Collins Planning and Zoning Board, the Board voted 6 — 0 to approve Front
Range Baptist Church, Request for Modification of Standard, #2-05. Please note
that this Modification pertains to Section 4.21(D)(2) of the Land Use Code which
limits the amount of secondary uses to no more than 25% of the gross site area.
The result of the Modification is that up to 35% of the gross site area may now
consist of secondary uses.
This Modification is conditioned upon the secondary uses being limited to places
of worship or assembly and child care, and the allowable accessory uses
typically associated with supporting such uses.
This Modification is valid for one year. This means a Project Development Plan
that intends to incorporate the Modification must be filed prior to February 17,
2006.
Enclosed please find two letters that we have received in response to the public
notification of this Modification. Please feel free to call the Current Planning
Department if you have any questions regarding this action by the Planning and
Zoning Board.
