There are sidewalks on all streets between the development and the DTC. There's a new crosswalk with a signal at College and Cherry, and also at College and Maple. There is an existing bike lane on Cherry Street. The site is less than 100 feet away from a the Cherry Street access trail to the Poudre River Trail.
