Based on the above, the TIS can be waived. However, please contact
David Averil regarding and alternative mode information he may require.
Also, the curb cut on Cherry may be problematic (Taco John's curb cut
certainly is a problem) It may have limited movement.

Subject: TIS for Cherry Street Station
David,
Here's an e-mail I received from Eric Bracke waiving the vehicular
portion of the TIS for our upcoming Cherry Street Station PDP. He said
I should check with your regarding the alternative mode requirements.
Here's the info about the project.
Site: The property is an urban infill site about 16,000
(0.33acres) square feet in size. It is located directly across Cherry
Street to the north of Taco Johns at Cherry and College. It is bounded
by Cherry Street on the south, the Union Pack RR on the east, and the
Burlington Northern RR on the north/west. There is a strip of land
between the UP track and College Avenue.
Configuration: We intend to have a basement parking garage.
There will be a ramp with a curb cut onto Cherry directly across Cherry
from the existing Taco Johns drive cut.
Building Program: We will be building one multi -story
building with 17 residential loft units (nine 1-bedroom, and half two
2-bedroom), and about 1600 square feet of office on the first floor.
It's our understanding that College and Cherry recently went through
major intersection improvement including new sidewalks, crosswalks,
paving, medians, etc.
