Subject: new building near Riverrock co -housing
Dear Anne Aspen,
I want to express my strong concern against this proposal of the building on the comer of Cherry and
College. I live in the Riverrock Co -Housing. I feel that having such a building would be unnecessary. I
read some emails today about the facts of the building. I am outraged that this could happen. I came
from Denver 3 years ago to live a less crowed and safer place for my young daughter and I. Yet, that is
not the soul reason I am against this building being built. I think it would not only be an eye soar to the
Fort Collins neighborhood but also make a gorgeous view of the park obtrusive. Also there are a lot of
wildlife who live there. I am concerned that as humans we build buildings for our gain and destroy the
natural habitat of wildlife. I want my daughter to grow up seeing wildlife near where we live and have
some peace as a small child and later as an adult..
