On Thursday, September 8, 2005, at 6:30 p.m. or as soon thereafter as possible, in
the City Council Chambers, 300 LaPorte Avenue*, the City of Fort Collins
Administrative Hearing Officer will conduct an Administrative Hearing for a development
proposal in your neighborhood. The project is known as Cherry Street Station, 120
Cherry Street, Project Development Plan, #9-05.
This is a request for a mixed -use building on a 15,123 s.f. parcel. The proposed building
incorporates 15 dwelling units and 200 s.f. of office space. The property is located just
west of the northwest corner of Cherry Street and North College Avenue and is zoned
CCR, Community Commercial Poudre River District.
If you have any interest or concern about this proposed project, you are encouraged to
attend this public hearing. At the hearing, you will have the opportunity to hear from the
City staff and the project applicant about the details of the project. You will also be given
the opportunity to state your views about the project.
The affected property owners list for this public hearing is derived from official records
of the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag time between home occupancy
and record keeping, or because of rental situations, a few affected property owners
may have been missed. Please feel free to notify your neighbor of this pending
meeting so all neighbors may have the opportunity to attend.
