Old Town Flats
I would like you to consider that too many rentals are not exactly conducive to a vibrant Old Town. These rentals will all
be college students, and there are already two other apartment rental buildings in the same location, with not enough
parking. We own an apartment in Penny Flats, and love the lifestyle of being able to walk to Old Town and enjoy the
restaurants and shops, but if you want an upscale Old Town, it won't happen if it's full of college students. I like college
students, but I think we have enough puking downtown as it is. I believe another building in which everyone owns their
own apartment would be better for Old Town. We would like a bigger place ourselves, but there are no places to buy.
Thanks so much for giving us a chance for input!
