Maybe some distances to help. Erosion Control Escrow : This number will need to be recalculated with updates to plan redlines. It will also need to be check to make sure it is using the HIGHER of the three figures. Also the Minimum is not $1500 per acre that is a minimum for any residential project or $3000 for a commercial project. Comment Number: 20 Comment Originated: 01/29/2014 01/29/2014: Two additional statements to be provided on sheet L-2: Please add this statement to sheet L-2 with an arrow pointing to trees E-21, E-22 and E-23. Prior to pruning of removing any trees in the City of Fort Collins owned detention pond a free permit must be obtained from the City Forester. Failure to obtain permit is a violation of the code of the City of Fort Collins. Please add this statement to sheet L-2 with an arrow pointing to trees E-4 and E-2. Maximum care shall be exercised to retain these significant trees. Excavation of the retaining wall by these two trees shall be under the direct supervision and evaluation of a qualified private certified arborist. Excavation will be held to the minimum necessary to install the wall. If the certified arborist determines one or both of these trees should not be retained due to the designed excavation s impact to tree root systems then the arborist shall prepare a written report of the evaluation and recommendation. This report shall be provided to the City Forester. Removal of one or both of these trees shall require mitigation as recorded on sheet L-3 with upsized mitigation trees planted at the closest feasible locations to the removed tree(s). Pruning of any off -site trees that have canopy that extends over the project shall only occur based on an evaluation and recommendation of a private ISA (International Society of Arboriculture) certified arborist and with the approval of the adjacent property owner. Tree pruning shall be by a tree service business that holds a current City of Fort Collins arborist license.
