for and support of sidewalks throughout the Anderson Place
Subdivision (Andersonville) and Buckingham and Alta Vista.
2. Comment: Sidewalks are supported by PLF and the Amigos Committee
because the project will be used by school children and the
public in general. With that said, PLF and Amigos are
concerned that residents of the three neighborhoods may see
the sidewalks here as preferential treatment towards a City
project.
3. Comment: PLF and Amigos want to acknowledge their appreciation for
the partnership with the City.
The meeting concluded at about 8:15pm.

The Applicant proposes to restore the historic Romero House at 425 Tenth
Street and change its use to a community facility. The Poudre Landmark
Foundation will restore the house and property to its 1930's state (a 4-room
mud plastered adobe house) for use as a house museum to share local
Hispanic culture and history with school groups and small numbers of visitors.
The property is zoned RL - Low Density Residential District.
The meeting started at about 7: 1Opm.
QUESTIONS, CONCERNS, COMMENTS, RESPONSES
This Neighborhood Meeting took place immediately following a Poudre
Landmarks Foundation and Amigos Committee meeting in the same location.
Several of the PLF members and Amigos members stayed for the Neighborhood
Meeting. One representative of the neighborhood not involved in the PLF or
Amigos was in attendance at the Neighborhood Meeting. We quickly discovered
that James McMillan had intended to attend a meeting being held the same
night on the Lemay Bypass. Before he left for that meeting, he expressed his
support for the Museo project.
There were no other questions raised in regards to the project but the following
comments from members of the PLF and Amigos Committee were recorded:
