Dear Ms. Woods:
As you know, last evening the Landmark Preservation Commission
gave final approval to the Poudre Landmarks Foundation's site,
lighting, and present landscape plan for the Romero House, 425
Tenth Street as presented. A qualification was that the new
sidewalks be compatible to the museum site. With this, the
Commission found the work to be in keeping with the adopted
Secretary of the Interior's Standards for Treatment of Historic
Properties.
Notice of the approved application has been forwarded to Gary
Lopez in the Building and Zoning Office and if any permits are
required for this work, they can now be issued. Please bring
this approval letter with you to make sure the process is
expedited.
If you have any questions regarding this approval, or need to
submit additional matters for LPC consideration, please contact
me at 221-6597.
Sincerely,
4,k
