COLORADO STATE CHAPTER 321 MYRTLE ST. FORT COLLINS, CO 80521 Staff has reviewed your submittal for 321 Myrtle St. Delta Chi Fraternity, PDP, Type 11, and we offer the following comments: ISSUES: Department: Current Planning Issue Contact: Anne Aspen Topic: General There were no comments or concerns with this project that will need to be addressed prior to going to a public hearing before the Planning and Zoning Board. The next P&Z Hearing is on March 17"'• 2005. We will set the agenda for this hearing on February 16th (next Wednesday morning.) I assume you want this project to be on the agenda so I will add it. Please call me if this is not the case. Assuming the Planning and Zoning Board approves the change of use, your next step will be to submit Final Plans. I will ask the Director to waive the fee we normally charge at this juncture since this project is so small and involves no physical changes. Topic: General Technical Services will require a 24" x 36" site plan of this project at the Final Plan stage (after the hearing) despite the fact that there will be no physical changes to the site. This can be done by you to save consultant fees if you meet certain minimum standards including a north arrow, a title block, and a signature block. Please call to arrange a meeting with me and I will show you an example of an acceptable "handmade" site plan and walk through exactly what you will need. If you have other questions about this requirement, please contact J. R. Wilson in Technical Services at 221-6605. Topic: General Once this plan is complete and I have reviewed it with you for accuracy, you can reproduce it onto mylar at a reprographics house such as Ullrich's at Meldrum and Mountain. Then we'll route it to the Director for his signature, file it with Technical Services and you'll be good to go. Let me know if you have any questions. Sincerely, Anne H. Aspen City Planner Page 1
