Number: 7 Created: 2/16/2005
[2/16/05] A 24"x36" site plan will need to be created in order to have the development plan
in an archivable format with Engineering Technical Services
Number: 8
Created: 2/16/2005
[2/16/05] The aforementioned site plan should have a note regarding what overhead utilities
are to be undergrounded and which are to remain with conduit being provided, with the plan
showing the limits of these improvements. This will negate the need for having to do a
formal development agreement regarding these requirements.

Topic. Electric
Number. 1 Created: 2/10/2005
[2/10/05] If a separate electric service will be required to the carriage house, or if the
existing electric service to the main house needs to be increased to more than 125 amps to
sub -feed the carriage house, there will be costs to modify the electric utility system. If either
of these options are necessary, contact Doug Martine at 224-6152.
