WHITCOMB CARRIAGE HOUSE - PDP - 6-05 - SUBMITTAL DOCUMENTS - ROUND 1 - CORRESPONDENCE-CONCEPTUAL REVIEWResponse to conceptual letter : Zoning: There',s no plan to expand the footprint of the structure. The building is currently lower than 24 ft. Gravelled parking spaces are adjacent to the structure. Engineering : Matt Baker has waived Street Oversizing fees; I have left email and voicemail to Eric Bracke in Transportation planning requesting waiver of TIS. Comcast will underground cable in the next week. I'm currently discussing the matter with Qwest. Electric service is already underground. Light and Power: No issues. Stormwater : No change to impervious area. Arthur ditch company have already agreed to allowing utilities underground the ditch, contingent on signing a crossing agreement. Since the new floodpiain regulations, active as early as March 25, would seriously impact the feasability of the project, I am trying to have the building permit approved before March 25. Otherwise, variance due to historic designation may be an alternative.
