We, the undersigned, do hereby respectfully petition and request that the City Council amend the zoning ordinance of the City of Fort Collins by changing the zoning of the hereinafter described parcel, containing acres, more or less, from "T' zoning district to "RDR° zoning district: Assessor Parcel # Owner Property Use 97122-07- Wayne K. Schrader L. 1, 3, 5, 7, 9, 11, Office 018 13 & 15, B. 6 and warehouse vacated Spruce (East of tracks) Street 97122-10- Schrader Oil Co: L. 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, Area between 010 14, 16, B. 6, L. 14, original UP and 16, B. 7 and BN tracks vacated Pine and Spruce Street As a result of the condemnation actipn instituted by the City of Fort Collins in Case No. 95 CV 495, the Burlington NorthernRailroad right-of-way was relocated. The right-of- way area which previously had been located at the southerly boundaries of Parcels 008, 009 and 018 was vacated and conveyed to Schrader Oil Co. by the Burlington Northern and Santa Fe Railway Company by quitclaim deed dated March 11, 1999, and recorded at Reception No. 200032173. A new railroad easement extending from Willow Street to Linden Street, including over portions of Lots 11, 13 and 15 in Block 6 was conveyed by Schrader Oil Co. and Wayne K. Schrader by deed dated March 17, 1999, and recorded at Reception No. 200032172. Reason for Request: (Please attach additional sheets if more space is needed): Required by Zoning board of appeals, see minutes attached. Please attach listing of names and addresses of all persons owning land (as per Larimer County Assessor's office on date of request) within 500 feet of any portion of the area under.
