Subject: Schrader rezone
I was asked to forward in electronic format copies of deeds. I I was also asked to provide maps of the annexed area which are likewise
attached. The legal descriptions are for parcel 018 (where the new office, the warehouse and the warehouse addition are located) (this parcel
is depicted on map 11), parcel 010 which was aquired from the RR and lies south of parcel 018 and the property acquired from the railroad as
part of the City condemnation (see map 26). The new construction which was approved by the ZBA and which prompted the rezoning
requirement consisted of a new office building and an addition to the warehouse building, the new construction/addition is shown on maps 19
and 20. the square footage of the rezoned area is set forth in the excel attachment. Assessor parcel numbers 007, 008 and 009 are not
included in the rezoned property as they were not the subject of the request before the ZBA. Map #3 shows the shaded area which make up
the Schrader properties inclusive of 007, 008 and 009 which are not being rezoned. Please contact me and (will get file materials back over
