Please continue to work with Kathy Valdez in Real Estate Services for approval of these easements. [3/23/05] It appears that a number of offsite easements will be needed to construct this project as shown. Because a number of those easements require City Council approval, this project will be approved with conditions, and prior to hearing, a letter from Real Estate Services will be needed stating that the City is amenable to granting the easements needed for this project. Response: The off -site easements needed from the City have been approved by City Council. Kathy is in the process of creating final documents for review.
