Subject: Home State Bank Administrative Hearing
Katie,
Anne Aspen from Current Planning reviewed with me a list of your concerns
for the Home State Bank PDP you wanted resolved before we could have our
Administrative hearing. Below is the list that I received from Anne and our
status of each concern:
1. Xcel and Comcast had not replied favorably to the 5' utility
easement along Shields - We have changed the easement to 12' and have buy
off from them and should be getting something in writing soon.
2. Off -site letter of intent - Kathy Valdez should be sending you a
memo regarding our pursuit of these of these off -site easements. We have met
with Real Estate Services and our surveyor is preparing the easements and
legal descriptions for their use.
3. Letter of agreement for cross access and storm water. - I believe
the above response should cover the storm water easements and we have an
agreement in place for cross access with the Vet Clinic. It was needed as
part of the land sale.
4. Restriping of the Senior Center - I can send you a pdf showing that
information. It is pretty cut and dry.
5. Emergency Access - The emergency access on -site and our access
across the Senior Center are in place and will be shown on the plat.
I know my word may not be enough to satisfy these requirements so let me
know which of these you need to see to satisfy your concerns. We are
planning on going to hearing then submitting a revised set of plans for one
more review before going to mylars with the PDP. The Final Plans will follow
thereafter fairly quickly as the client is pushing an aggressive schedule.
Thanks for your help with all of this.
Regards,
Scott D. Sinn
