Anne - Thursdays are my day off, so I got all of your messages today!
1 st - Even though the deadline was yesterday, I reviewed your staff report, and I think it looks great. I
think you've addressed every issue in a way that doesn't back either us or the applicant into a corner, and
yet provided enough assurance that the P&Z should have no (few?) problems.
2nd - I will attend the coordination meeting, whatever time it is decided for. Just let me know when its
scheduled.
3rd - Yes, both the Romero House and its site are designated. We technically designate the property,
based upon the legal description, which then contains the historic buildings. If there are non -historic
buildings or portions of the property NOT being designated, we also note that in the designation. For the
Romero House, we designated the "buildings, structures and land."
4th - Did I answer everything? Let me know if there was anything else
Thanks (although a bit late!) - Karen
