imperviousness as it restores the building to its 1930s form, removing more recent
additions.

8. Explanation of any known modification request(s). No specific modification rsis have
been determined to date. This is an historic restoration and will rely on 3.4.7 of the Land
Use Code.
9. Request(s) for any known engineering variance(s). A sensitive contextual solution for
the sidewalk issue needs to be jointly determined with input from Engineering, Planning,
Advance Planning and Stormwater. Members of the Poudre Landmarks Foundation team
are willing to work with the City on this.
10. Subdivision plat — not applicable.
11. Context diagram included on #3 Site plan drawing.
12. Letters of Intent — not applicable. Off -site easements and off -site rights -of -way are not
needed.
13. Utility Plan — not included, no changes have been determined.

Larimer, State of Colorado also known as 425 Tenth Street.

f) Poudre Landmarks Foundation, Inc. leases the building from the City.
The President of PLF is Bonnie Szizdon. The Project Manager
is Marion Jones and Katherine Woods is the Assistant Project

be completed within 12 months. Then Phase II, landscape restoration will be done.
