Dear Mr. Haas,
In response to your inquiry about the Haas Subdivision Project Development Plan, the
City of Fort Collins will agree to place the project on hold indefinitely, with a request to
do so in writing from you, the project applicant. This project may be placed on hold until
one of the following two conditions is met: (1) the property is divided and sold with a
metes and.bounds description and the Project Development Plan is withdrawn, or (2) the
applicant completes the Final Development Plan by having all appropriate parties sign the
plat mylars and submit them to the City, and by adding the following note to the plat:
"This plat is approved by the City only for the purpose of authorizing the
conveyance of the lots delineated hereon and for no other purpose. No
development shall occur on any lot until such development has been
approved by the City by approval of a site specific development plan in
accordance with the Fort Collins Land Use Code."
Should you decide to withdraw the Project Development Plan, a fee refund request must
be submitted to the City in writing after written notice of intent to withdraw the
application.
Please feel free to contact me if you have any additional questions or concerns about the
Haas Subdivision project. I offer you our sincere apologies for the confusion with this
process. We are currently assessing the subdivision requirements to prevent future
problems of this kind.
Sincerely,
Q1
Pete Wray
