A 30 FOOT WIDE STRIP OF LAND SITUATE IN THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF
SECTION 6, TOWNSHIP 6 NORTH, RANGE 68 WEST, OF THE 6TH P.M.;CITY OF
FORT COLLINS, COUNTY OF LARIMER, STATE OF COLORADO; BEING 15 FEET
ON EACH SIDE OF THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED CENTERLINE:
COMMENCING AT THE WEST QUARTER CORNER OF SAID SECTION 6, (WEST

RESOLUTION NO. PZ06-05
OF THE PLANNING AND ZONING BOARD OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS,
ACCEPTING THE DEDICATION OF A DRAINAGE EASEMENT FROM
SCHLOTTERRITT, LLC LOCATED IN TRACT A OF OAKRIDGE BUSINESS PARK
WHEREAS, Section 2-353 (4) of the Code of the City of Fort Collins authorizes the
Planning and Zoning Board to accept the dedication of certain easements and rights -of -
way by resolution or by approval of replats containing notation of such dedication; and
WHEREAS, the City has received a deed of dedication of a drainage easement from
Schlotterritt, LLC, which easement is more particularly described on Exhibit "A" attached
hereto; and
WHEREAS, the dedication have been reviewed and approved bythe pertinent City
Departments, which departments report no objections to the dedication.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Planning and Zoning Board of the City of
Fort Collins, that the "Deed of Dedication for Easement' conveying a drainage easementto
the City from Schlotterritt, LLC, which deed is attached hereto and incorporated herein as
Exhibit "A", is hereby accepted.
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the Planning and Zoning Board of the
City of Fort Collins held this 151h day of June A.D. 2006.
