Actually, Matt. D. prepared a memo as an add -on to the original TIS that addressed my earlier concerns
regarding PED LOS shortcomings. All that is left is for them (don't know who is writing it) to do is to
submit the justification for the modification of standard.

Hi Eric,
I got your message about the TIS for Raven View and the request came from David Averill in
Transportation Planning. The applicants need to update the TIS for the ped level of service requirements
and request a modification because they can't meet them. The owner and engineer must not have
passed on that information to Tom.
