Yeah, you and I talked about it in my office.
I recall that we said that since the Final Plan was not recorded, it would not involve a minor amendment
since an "approved" plan was not being amended. We decided to just allow them to change the drawings
on the Final Plan and then include a brief summary memo to the file describing the reduction in units.

Russ Wells called me yesterday afternoon wondering about the change in the Raven View project from 51
to 48 units. He says when I talked with you a couple of weeks ago that you said you would override the
major amendment requirement and that there would be no minor amendment needed either. I remember
talking with you about it but I don't have any written record of what you determined, which is unusual —I
must have been really busy when he called. Do you remember what you decided on that? What do you
think about the minor amendment issue? I'd like to get back to him today sometime.
