Re: Offsite easement for Raven View Development at 2009 W Mulberry St.
The attached drawing describes the 30 feet in width Drainage and Utility easement ("A")
that I intend to grant per the Contract to Buy and Sell Real Estate, a portion of 2009 W.
Mulberry, Fort Collins, Co. 80521, dated December 17, 2004.
In addition to the 30 feet in width drainage and utility easement ("A"), the attached
drawing describes a 3 feet in width Maintenance Easement (`B") on the east edge of the
30 feet in width easement and a 3 feet in width Temporary Construction Easement ("C").
The additional 3 feet in width Maintenance Easement (`B") is necessary for the
construction and maintenance of a short retaining wall on the east edge of the 30 feet in
width easement. The additional 3 feet in width Temporary Construction Easement ("C")
is necessary for the construction in front of the garage of the roll-over curb and gutter.
I intend to grant all 3 of the above described easements, (A, B, and C on the attached
drawings). The 3 easements will be subject to the same additional provisions for
repaving and replacing of landscaping as described in the additional provisions of the
above described contract.
