In addition to your two concerns listed below, I also understand that you would like Comment #96 from Michael Chavez addressed prior to recommending that Anne Aspen schedule a hearing for this project. Since the hearing basically approves the site plan layout and land use, I assume you want this information shown on the official Site Plan document itself? Do you also want to see the sign details included in the Site Plan package prior to scheduling a hearing? I just want to be Gear on what exactly to show and on what/whose documents it shall be shown. As for the inlet and curb issues, there will be NO open inlet within the 20-ft emergency access drive width. The vertical curb will also be removed in this location and replaced with a standard driveway approach. I have had marked some areas on one of our detail sheets along with a colored legend to help better illustrate what is occurring. This should augment the narrative explanation I e-mailed you and Susan last Monday. Please let me know if you have additional concerns or require further clarification. PFA will not be driving over a gaping hole with this approach 2. PFA will not be driving (bouncing) over a vertical curb with the potential for equipment to bounce off internal shelves or bang against cabinet doors falling out of the apparatus. I believe if you can suppress these concerns, you'll be in a better position to gather our support for this project. Otherwise, I must object at the work shop. So, let me know how it's going to work.
