The developer of Raven view would like to formally request a thirty (30) day
emension of consideration for the Raven View Project off of Taft Hill, We were
planning to submit revisions tomorrow but have found a road geometry issue that will
take a week or so to fix. Therefore, we need a few more days to complete the package.

Subject: Raven View PDP
Dear Tom,
The City of Fort Collins has reviewed and approved your request for a 30-day
extension to the Raven View PDP re -submittal deadline, located southeast of the
intersection of West Mulberry Street and South Taft Hill Road. The original
deadline and expiration date was July 1st, which establishes the beginning point
for a request for an extension. With a 60-day extension, your amended re -
submittal deadline was September 1st, 2005. With this 30-day extension, which
is the last and final allowed re -submittal extension, your re -submittal deadline is
now October 1st, 2005.
This extension will hopefully give you sufficient time to resolve outstanding
issues.
