Hi Ted
All of the existing trees on Sunrise Ridge are shown to be removed. I have determined that the significant
trees that will be removed will need to be mitigated with 46 mitigation trees. This includes 35 for the
Cottonwood grove on the west side of the lot and 11 for trees around the house.
Mitigation trees can be those on the proposed development or off -site within one quarter mile. They need
to be unsized as follows.
Shade trees 3.0 inch caliper
Ornamental Trees 2.5 inch caliper
Evergreen Trees 8.0 feet height
