the SWMM design and other design information pertaining to both filings.

Comment from Current Planning:
1. As discussed at the project review meeting, there may be flexibility with regard to not
placing a streetlight at the end of the cul-de-sac due to proximity to roadway lighting on
Rock Creek Drive. This idea should be taken up with Light and Power.
Be sure and return all of your redlined plans when you re -submit.

[2/28/07] A note was provided but only addressed Strauss Cabin Road, why not Rock
Creek Drive as well?
[1/12/07] Please provide a note on the plat that no lots shall be allowed vehicular (driveway)
access directly onto Strauss Cabin Road or Rock Creek Drive.

5. Plat needs note vacating easements on old Tract B&C.

the curb and gutter as was done on two other Northern Engineering projects, Lemay Avenue

[1/12/07] In general please provide a different lineweight/linetype to discern improvements
to be done with the 1st Filing. (Rock Creek Drive, spot elevations on Rock Creek Drive,
etc.) Isn't the sidewalk on the south side of Rock Creek Drive proposed to be built with the
1st Filing?

[2/16/07] A landscape plan showing the planned electric vaults and streetlights was sent to
the landscape architect on Feb. 16, 2007. Trees must be a minimum of 5 ft. from electric
vaults and 40 ft. from streetlights (15 ft. if the tree is an ornamental). It appears that this will
require the tree on Rock Creek Dr., just west of Sunglow Ct. to be relocated. Also, the tree
shown between lots 2 & 3 will need to be eliminated.

[2/26/07] In the response letter from One Earth Solutions states that an existing row of
evergreen trees in located on the adjoining property to the south. Please show on the plans.

proposed trees. If all of the trees within the Rock Creek Drive ROW are existing, show as
existing.

that with certain lots in the development having double frontage onto public streets, they are
required per code to have maintenance responsibilities for both Strauss Cabin Road and
Sunglow Court (and with lot 7 also responsible for Rock Creek Drive).
