HomeMy WebLinkAboutNORTHERN COLORADO FEEDERS SUPPLY - PDP - PDP140010 - SUBMITTAL DOCUMENTS - ROUND 1 - MODIFICATION REQUESTNorthern Colorado Feeders Supply Project Development Plan Explanation of Request for Modification of Standard July 21, 2014 Per Section 3.8.11 (C) of the Land Use Code, fences may not exceed 4 feet in height between the front building line and front property line. The applicant requests a modification of this standard to allow a 6 foot tall ornamental metal fence to be installed along the front of the property in order to (1) increase the level of security on site and (2) to match the existing 6 foot fencing on the neighboring property to the east (280 Hickory Street). Please see the attached photographs of that existing fence and a submittal from a supplier to provide a matching product for 300 Hickory.
