Dear Resident/Property Owner:
On Thursday, February 16, 2006, at 6:00 p.m., at the City Hall, 300 LaPorte
Avenue, Fort Collins, CO., 80521, the City of Fort Collins Planning and Zoning
Board will conduct a public hearing to consider a development proposal in your
area. The project is known as Sunrise Ridge Second Annexation and Zoning,
#13-05B.
This is a request to annex and zone a 5.29 acre parcel. The site is 5221 Strauss
Cabin Road located approximately one-half mile south of East Harmony Road on
the west side of Strauss Cabin Road. The requested zoning is UE, Urban Estate
which complies with both the Structure Plan Map and the Fossil Creek Reservoir
Area Plan.
The list of affected property owners for this public meeting is derived from official
records of the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag time between
occupancy and record keeping, or because of rental situations, a few affected
property owners may have been missed. Please feel free to notify your neighbor
of this pending meeting so all neighbors may have the opportunity to attend.
