Showing the street trees in front of lots 1-5 on Yearling Drive would be helpful. These trees are shown
on Filing one but it would also be helpful to show them on Filing three as well.

05/27/2014: The drainage out of the private driveway can not exceed more than 750 square feet of
area. It appears that the drainage is currently sheet flowing off the roadway and down the hill. In the
future if more build out occurs where will this drainage go?

05/27/2014: The Private drive in Tract A is acceptable for this replat but it should be noted and will be
in the Development Agreement that depending on the development and site plan of Outlot A this Tract
A may need to be dedicated as public Right of Way. This is why the Private street should still conform
to City Standards so that it could be taken over in the future.
