Dear Mr. Shepard:
We received your letter dated April 3, 2008 concerning the Overall Developme'iTlan for the
Downtown Fort Collins Airpark.I-am sure that you are aware that the status of -the airport property is currently in -litigation! 'This_includes not -only the access too the airport property.bry
those with access rights, but also'ownership of certain portions of that property. In light of this
litigation and the likelypotential.that the City's annexation will have to lie -revoked, I believe that
it would be in the City's best interest tq forgo any more development reviews until the litigation
is resolved. Any further reviews are simply a waste,of the Planning and Zoning Board's time as
well as a misuse of taxpayer funds which finance the City's planning department.
As such, I would�like`to request that this. review be removed from the Planning and Zoning
Board's agenda for April =17,=2008.
