Dear Vice President -Engineering Management:
In compliance with the "Fence Covenant", agreed to in the UPRR — City of Fort Collins
quitclaim deed executed April 2rid , 2009, please find below and enclosed the City's proposed
fencing plan.
The proposed fence design is a Western 3-rail Fence, which includes high tensile horse fabric
48" in height. The fence will run the entire east boundary of the purchased property (between
UPRR and the City). Please refer to the enclosed fence design for more details.
Please respond in writing (or email) if this fence design is satisfactory. Thanks.
