11/14/2013: The 'Land Use Statistics' table on the site plan still lists the land use as "single family
attached". That note needs to be changed to'multi-family dwellings'.

11/14/2013: The width of the drive aisle or back up space behind the three surface parking spaces
needs to be 20'. It appears to be less than that.

11/18/2013: From CenturyLink regarding their facilities, some already in place based on previous
plan:
• There are existing copper facilities placed in developer run conduits which were intended to serve
the originally platted multi family. If there are relocations to be done due to replat, they are at the
developer's expense. We foresee several access pedstals (and possibly cable runs? ) that have the
potential for conflicts.
Please identify conflicts and contact CTL local engineering to initiate billing process (can take 30-45
days so the more advance notice, the better)
• The existing access pedestals were placed with the intent of being the common serving terminal
to the units. Changing from condo style to townhome (attached) style does not change the design
significantly however builder/developer will possibly need to run additional service drop conduits to
each unit if inside wiring cannot be terminated in a common location. Please work with CTL local
engineering; site visit recommended.
