If there are relocations to be done due to replat, they are at the developer's expense. We foresee several access pedstals (and possibly cable runs? ) that have the potential for conflicts. Please identify conflicts and contact CTL local engineering to initiate billing process (can take 30-45 days so the more advance notice, the better) • The existing access pedestals were placed with the intent of being the common serving terminal to the units. Changing from condo style to townhome (attached) style does not change the design significantly however builder/developer will possibly need to run additional service drop conduits to each unit if inside wiring cannot be terminated in a common location. Please work with CTL local engineering; site visit recommended.
