51 See revised drainage report. It is intended that the drainage from Pond 1 be routed
through the future Pond 2, however I added notes in the report that the drainage
for lot I pond and lot 2 pond to be investigated more thoroughly when lot 2
developes.

and then do a 2" overlay on the lower portion of Kechter to resurface the existing
asphalt to the east property line. With this proposed overlay the "K" value will be
