RE: Request for Extension: Kingdome Hall PDP
This letter serves as a request for a 90-day extension for the submittal of corrections to
the Kingdom Hall PDP. Initial Comments were issued on July 13, 2005, with an
expectation that a reply be made on or before October 13, 2005. The project has slowed
over the last few months due to difficulties in acquiring off -site easements for drainage.
We understand that a 90-day extension will allow for a submittal of the PDP corrections
on or before December 13, 2005.

Subject: Kingdom Hall PDP
Dear Deanne,
The City of Fort Collins has reviewed and approved your request for a 90-day
extension to the Kingdom Hall PDP Project, re -submittal deadline. The date of
the comment letter was issued on July 13th, 2005, allowing for a 90 day re -
submittal period ending on October 13th. With a 90-day extension, your new
resubmittal deadline will be January 13, 2006.
This extension will hopefully give you sufficient time to resolve any outstanding
issues. This exhausts all possible extensions by the Director and no more will be
granted after that date.
