Comments from Current Planning:
Please add the standard General Notes to the Site Plan (see attached).
The parking regulations require that no more than 15 spaces shall be allowed in a
row without a landscaped island with a tree. You are showing two rows with 16
spaces. Rather than require an additional island for each of these rows, please
upgrade the landscaping in front of each row by substituting two-inch caliper shade
trees instead of the ornamentals. In addition, the shrubs should form a solid hedge
at maturity. Please add a sufficient number of shrubs so that there are no gaps.
With these upgrades, the parking lot landscaping requirements can met by
Alternative Compliance.
Please label the architectural elevations east and north, not front and side.
Please provide architectural character. elevations for the west elevation.
Please provide architectural character elevations for the caretaker's dwelling unit.
On the Lighting Plan, the catalog numbers do not exactly match the luminaire
schedule. Also, the wall -mounted fixtures do not appear to be down -directional.
Please refer to redlined plans for all other comments. Be sure and return all of your
redlined plans when you re -submit.

utility/landscape plans and the site plan are presenting different information. The
utility and landscape plans show the walk to be constructed to (almost) the northern
property line of the ODP. The site plan shows the sidewalk ending at the northern
boundary of THIS piece of the ODP. What is the extent of the intended
improvement?

The sidewalk along Timberline Rd will need to be installed with this project (you are
showing this).

inlet installed on the top of it to collect the drainage in this area. The sidewalk and
parkway area will need to be graded to final grade in order for the sidewalk and the
trees to be installed in there correct location and elevation. This may mean that a
low point will be established.
