HomeMy WebLinkAboutSPRING CREEK RANCH - PDP - 14-05 - CORRESPONDENCE - CORRESPONDENCE-NEIGHBORHOOD MEETINGNo Text Commu. _y Planning and Environmental . _rvices Current Planning City of Fort Collins Dear Resident: March 16, 2005 On Wednesday, March 30, 2005, from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m., at the Foothills Unitarian Church, 1815 Yorktown Avenue, Fort Collins, Colorado, the City of Fort Collins Current Planning Department will conduct a neighborhood information meeting to discuss a residential development proposal in your neighborhood. The project is referred to as Spring Creek Ranch. As proposed, the project consists of 81 multi -family dwelling units divided among 19 buildings. There will be a mix of buildings with ten duplexes (20 units), one four-plex (four units), two six-plexes (12 units), three seven-plexes (21 units), and three eight-plexes (24 units). The buildings will be two stories in height. This site is contains 9.93 acres and is located on the north side of Hull Street, east of Taft Hill Road, and south of Spring Creek. The site slopes down to Spring Creek. (Please see map on reverse.) The Aanes homestead will be preserved. The parcel is zoned M-M-N, Medium Density Mixed -Use Neighborhood. Primary access will be from Hull Street. There will be bike and pedestrian access to the Spring Creek Trail. The applicant, Far Hills Development, and the Current Planning Department, consider your input on this matter, as well as your neighbor's input, an important element in the City's review of this proposal. If you are unable to attend the public hearing, written comments are welcome. The list of affected property owners for this public meeting is derived from official records of the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag time between occupancy and record keeping, or because of rental situations, a few affected property owners may have been missed.
