ITEMS DISCUSSED
• A new fence with mesh wire, similar to that provided along the Spring Creek Trail, will
replace the existing horse pasture fence along Hull Street. The Mesh wire will be provided
along the road side of the fence. A new fence will also be provided at the northeast comer of
1901 Hull Street to better define the private property.
• The Thomas's voiced concern over the ability of larger vehicles, such as hay trucks and horse
trailers, to maneuver in and out of their property. It was decided that the elimination of on -
street parking along Hull Street, which will be 30' wide in the interim until Swallow Road is
extend as a collector, would provide the necessary area to safely navigate larger vehicles in
and out of the Thomas property. Sheri Wamhoff, City Engineer, has approved the
prohibition of on -street parking. No parking signs will be posted accordingly.
• A concrete driveway approach, signage and striping will be provided (a detail has been
attached), pending approval by the City Engineer, where the Hull Street improvements meet
the proposed 20' wide emergency access drive to prevent unnecessary traffic from entering.
• The proposed Hull Street roadway improvements will be located north of the existing
southerly ROW line. No ROW dedication is proposed along the southern edge of Hull
Street.
