I reviewed the notes - One item needs to be clarified. Per the Code the interim width of Hull Street
(Swallow Road) will need to be 36 feet in width minimum not the 30 feet mentioned in the notes. The 36
feet of width will not accommodate parking on the roadway along this section. (36 = 2 travel lanes(12 ft
each) and 2 bike lanes (6 feet each)) a 4 foot gravel shoulder is needed beyond this section if it does not
abut to curb and gutter.
Hope this helps clarify the x-section of Swallow Rd.
