Steve & Marc,
I talked with Micky Willis and he directed me to Steven Toot to obtain the letter of intent for the storm line
crossing of the property owned by Mason Street North, LLC. I have talked with Steven Toot, with
Wonderland Hill Development Company, who manages the Mason Street North, LLC property. He
indicated that if I were to send him the letter of intent, he would sign it. If I could get from one of you a
sample letter that provides the right language for the letter, I would appreciate it, since I have not done one
of these before and I would like to get it right the first time. Once I get the sample, I will obtain Steven's
signature and get it to you early next week. Thanks for your help. Ron

Steve,
I've completed my review with the understanding that most of my first round comments were unaddressed
with the intention of being addressed after hearing. The one pre -hearing item I have noted as unresolved
is a letter of intent from Mason Street North, LLC for the storm line connection being done on that
property.

Hello All,
Today is April 8th, the day you have been asked to provide any "last minute" comments on the Fort
Collins Discovery Museum, PDP prior to the proposal going to the Planning & Zoning Board public
hearing next Thursday night, April 15th. Based on the comments I have received as of this morning (in
DMS and via e-mail) I do not see any "show -stoppers" (comment letter attached). Is this correct? Current,
outstanding staff comments will be addressed with the Final Plan submittal and review after the public
hearing.
Thanks for all you efforts and comments.
Steve
