David,
I do not know if you have talked to David Lingle yet but I do know that, based on a conversation we had yesterday, he is
going to want very definite responses about how the building does or does not comply with Sections 3.5.3(D)(2) Facade
Treatmentfor the east, west, and north sides of the building. His opinion is that the east side faces North College Avenue
and needs more articulation; and, the west and north sides face the public trail (being a connecting walkway) and also
need more articulation. He is also referencing Section 3.5.3(D)(2)(a)3 that requires materials and design characteristics
consistent on all sides of the building. David's other significant concern is regarding the Base and Top Treatments
requirements set forth in Section 3.5.3(D)(6). Gino Campana of the Board brought this up at the hearing on April 15th.
We look forward to receiving your plan revisions as soon as you can provide them
Steve

David,
Hello, I am sorry you had to excuse yourself from the P&Z meeting last week, and hope that your emergency was not
serious. As you know, we are planning to continue the session next Thursday evening, and to that end, I would like to
get an understanding of any comments or concerns you might have so that we can be prepared to address them in the
next meeting. Can you summarize your thoughts in an email? If you would prefer to discuss them, feel free to call me at
303-449-8900.
Sincerely,
