In lieu of a Hazardous Materials Impact Analysis for this project, we are addressing the minimal types of
materials that will be in this new facility. We will have standard cleaning supplies; latex paints, adhesives,
mineral spirits and acetone stored and used in the building. All corrosive or flammable products will be stored
in approved cabinets. We will have no building, grounds or vehicle maintenance equipment on site. There are
Environmental Site Assessments for the various parcels included within the site that will be made available,
upon request.
