Please note this on the site plan as well. Also, please revise notes pertaining to the retaining wall as redlined on sheet 6 of the plan set. [8/19/05] The retaining wall on the north side of the site will need to be completely within the property, including and footings, unless an easement is obtained from the property to the north. At final design, the retaining wall will need to be structural designed due to the wall being taller than 4 feet from bottom of footing to top of wall. Legal and boundary close. 2. Interior easement line is not tied to anything to locate. "By others" implies someone other than the developer or someone working for the developer. Topic: Utility plans Number: 47 Created: 11 /30/2005 [11/30/05] Remove "City Engineer" from the approval block that has outside City utilities listed (REA, Xcel, etc). Number: 48 Created: 11 /30/2005 [11/30/05] It is the developer (developer's engineer, etc.) responsibility to obtain signatures on the construction plan mylars for the entities outside of the City requiring signature (Xcel, FCLWD, etc.) All outside entity signatures must be obtained prior to submittal to the City for signature.
