[11/30/05] It is the developer (developer's engineer, etc.) responsibility to obtain signatures
on the construction plan mylars for the entities outside of the City requiring signature (Xcel,
FCLWD, etc.) All outside entity signatures must be obtained prior to submittal to the City for
signature.
So noted. Thank you. Outside utility reviewer signatures will be obtained prior to submitting
the mylars to the City for signature and recordation.

[11/30/05] A structural design for the retaining wall taller than 4 feet is required at building
permit as stated on the plans. Please note this on the site plan as well. Also, please revise
notes pertaining to the retaining wall as redlined on sheet 6 of the plan set.
A note has been added to the site plan and the notes on sheet 6 of the engineering plans
have been revised as requested.
[8/19/051 The retaining wall on the north side of the site will need to be completely within the
property, including and footings, unless an easement is obtained from the property to the
north. At final design, the retaining wall will need to be structural designed due to the wall
being taller than 4 feet from bottom of footing to top of wall.
The retaining wall was moved away from the property line to accommodate the footings on
site.

RE: Harmony Oaks — Response to Second Round PDP Comments
Dear Ted,
Included below are the comments received from City Staff on December 5", 2005 for
the first round Final Compliance Plan review of the Harmony Oaks office building. An
explanation (in italics) of how issues have been addressed follows each comment.
The project received a decision of 'approval' at the September 15, 2005 Planning
and Zoning Board Hearing.
