The project is referred to as Harmony Oaks Project Development Plan. As proposed, the project consists of removing an existing single family home at 608 East Harmony Road and constructing a new three-story office building. The building would contain 11,953 square feet and feature multiple tenants. The building would be brought up to the edge of Harmony Road and the 45 parking spaces would be behind the building to the north. This site is contains .86 acres and is located on the north side of Harmony Road between Boardwalk Drive and Stover Street. (Please see map on reverse.) The site is zoned M-M-N, Medium Density Mixed -Use Neighborhood. The applicant, Harmony Oaks L.L.C., and the Current Planning Department, consider your input on this matter, as well as your neighbor's input, an important element in the City's review of this proposal. If you are unable to attend the public hearing, written comments are welcome. The list of affected property owners for this public meeting is derived from official records of the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag time between occupancy and record keeping, or because of rental situations, a few affected property owners may have been missed.
