Also, can you send me an email indicating the idea we discussed for bringing the access easement before the Council in August? I'd like to include that schedule in my plan submittal. Thanks! We are looking to make sure we have an easement for our access (probably all the way back to Mulberry). I think we may also need an easement for the utility line, but need to double check with Doug Martine at Fort Collins Utilities to confirm that. Also, the development plan submittal lists as a checklist item a subdivision plat. Is this something we need and if so, can you help me with it? If not, can you email me and I'll just note on our submittal that it's not applicable? Thanks! The first reading will occur on August 19`h, and the 2"d will occur September 2"d. The easement documents can be signed by the Mayor 10 days after the 2"d reading. I've attached an information sheet providing the requirements for requested easements. I am not sure if item #2 under 'Required Process' will be necessary— I will know the first part of next week. I believe it would be preferred that the easement request go to Council at the same time as the Lease. I will discuss with Norm to verify the timing. My deadline for submitting to Council for the August 19`h meeting is August 1". This would mean that I would need the items listed under'Required Documents' by that time. Please also note that the site plan shows a portion of gravel driveway being installed within what is technically CDOT Right of Way for Highway 14/Mulberry Street. The City can approve this site plan as far as the improvements to be constructed on the City property, but it may be necessary to obtain permission from CDOT to install any driveway improvements within their right of way area. Thank you and I'll be in touch once I have additional information. Lindsay Lindsay A. I will forward you our revised site plan with the access moved a bit north and an email from CDOT saying it was not a problem, but I'm not sure CDOT was looking at right of way issues. I will follow up with Gloria at CDOT to confirm. I also need to make sure the City's real estate department is okay that the project is being submitted prior to the lease agreement being finalized and approved. Would I need to get something in writing to/from you saying I know we are submitting before the lease agreement is signed and you are aware of that too? I am meeting with the City Forester and Norm Weaver on the site tomorrow at 1pm to discuss the access location. If you and/or Ryan would like to join us, please feel free to do so. Michelle
